Dr. Aaron Tan

Dr. Aaron Tan demonstrates a record of someone who has had lifetimes of experience in breathing physics into applications.

His extensive research in Integrated Circuit Design during his Ph.D. days at Nanyang Technological University coupled with his industry experience at a global semiconductor firm, have entrenched him firmly in the local Physics scene with both academic knowledge and industry insights. Seeing Pre-U education through the prism of freedom of choice not as a lock-up of ideas, Dr. Aaron Tan encourages students to explore the different ways formulae are being applied in various situations to enable students to gain mastery and interest in Physics. He commands in-depth knowledge, tried-and-true strategies and a passion for teaching to enable students to reach their fullest potential and achieve success even in the most challenging topics.
